The AEGIS PRO 4 (Model: AEGIS-P4-001) is a multi-modal identification reader designed for secure identity verification applications. The device integrates four identification technologies into a single compact unit: contact smart card (ISO/IEC 7816), contactless NFC (ISO/IEC 14443 A/B), optical barcode/QR scanning, and capacitive fingerprint recognition. It connects to host systems via USB 2.0 Full-Speed and is compatible with Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems.

WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE TERMS
Warranty Period
Dalil provides a 12-month warranty for the Dalil Reader device, commencing from the date of delivery of each respective device to the Customer's designated premises.
Warranty Scope
The scope of coverage includes the following components:
- Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (Main Reader Board, NFC Board, USB Board)
- Electronic components
- QR scanner modules
- Fingerprint scanner modules
- Smart card connector
- RGB LED strip
- Power modules
- Reader Case
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages or failures arising from the following circumstances:
- Physical and Environmental Damage
- Unauthorized Disassembly or Modification
- Software and Firmware Misuse
- Abnormal Operating Environment
- Force Majeure
- Mishandling of Ports and Connectors
- Third-Party Integration and SDK
Firmware Support
During the warranty period, Dalil responsibility is limited to the development and delivery of firmware update files to the Customer as and when required. The Customer is responsible for applying firmware updates to the devices using the software update tool and user manual provided as per the below links:
